All orders are processed within [2-4 business weeks] after your order is placed. Please note that production times may vary for made-to-order or custom items, and this is separate from shipping time.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times are based on the carrier’s estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that faster shipping options (such as express or 2-day) do not reduce our processing or production time.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue arises after your package has been scanned by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly.
