About
Rich Studios is a one-man studio ran by the one and only Timothy Richards a native in Atlanta, GA.
All direction and designs released are done in my nicely put together work room. So pretty much in house!
All or most garments are made in the USA and sourced from ethical manufacturers or reworked from thrift stores so we can save good materials from going to the landfills. I try my best to ensure that everything I put out is low-impact and produced sustainably and ethically. Sweatshop free, the way streetwear should be. All prints are done exclusively by really cool people @creativthreadz on Instagram go give them a look!!
All packaging is recyclable. All orders are packaged and shipped by me with love and care.
How Do I Shop RICHSTUDIOS?
There are several ways to browse RICH STUDIOS. You may explore our weekly homepage features or visit our navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply roll your cursor over the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as tops or shoes. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, color, category or style. When you have made your selection, select a size and an availability message will appear to indicate the delivery of your item.
Shipping
US: Shipped via USPS, cost calculated at checkout. Free shipping in the US. Shipping time varies on a per item basis, be sure to check product descriptions for more info. Most products will ship within 3-4 weeks for domestic orders. For items that are Pre-ordered, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for items to be made and delivered. You will be updated weekly by via Instagram stories or email about production.
International: Shipped via USPS, cost calculated at checkout. Will ship within 4-8 weeks in most cases. Packages may be subject to delays and fees at your local customs office. Please reach out to them directly to resolve. If your order gets returned to sender, you must cover reship costs.
Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please double check all info. If you have any questions about your order or about the brand, be sure to contact me at: designsbyrichstudios@gmail.com
Keep in mind that due to COVID, shipping time fluctuates and I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS. Once you receive the tracking number for your order, please take up any delays or concerns with USPS.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by via email at designsbyrichstudios@gmail.com, as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives. Made to order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to byrichstudios.com for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Missing Packages?
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or
stolen shipments. Any claims must be made
between buyer and carrier.
