About

Rich Studios is a one-man studio ran by the one and only Timothy Richards a native in Atlanta, GA. 

All direction and designs released are done in my nicely put together work room. So pretty much in house!

All or most garments are made in the USA and sourced from ethical manufacturers or reworked from thrift stores so we can save good materials from going to the landfills. I try my best to ensure that everything I put out is low-impact and produced sustainably and ethically. Sweatshop free, the way streetwear should be. All prints are done exclusively by really cool people @creativthreadz on Instagram go give them a look!!

All packaging is recyclable. All orders are packaged and shipped by me with love and care.

 

How Do I Shop RICHSTUDIOS?

There are several ways to browse RICH STUDIOS. You may explore our weekly homepage features or visit our navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply roll your cursor over the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as tops or shoes. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, color, category or style. When you have made your selection, select a size and an availability message will appear to indicate the delivery of your item.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within [2-4 business weeks] after your order is placed. Please note that production times may vary for made-to-order or custom items, and this is separate from shipping time.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times are based on the carrier’s estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that faster shipping options (such as express or 2-day) do not reduce our processing or production time.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue arises after your package has been scanned by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly.

Return Policy

At Rich Studios, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at [insert contact email]. We will review your claim and may offer either:

  • An exchange for the same item (if available), or
  • A refund back to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging included.

We are not responsible for items returned to us without prior approval.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by via email at designsbyrichstudios@gmail.com, as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives. Made to order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to byrichstudios.com for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Missing Packages?

We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or
stolen shipments. Any claims must be made
between buyer and carrier.
